1)How do I make an appointment to view an apartment?

Please call one of our convenient offices (Main at 584-4400 or Old Louisville at 637-8100) to speak with a leasing specialist about viewing your future home. We are available seven days a week!                                                                 

 

2)Where is the office located?

Our Main office is located at 1220 East Broadway, Louisville, Ky 40204. We also have an office located in Old Louisville at 1734 S. 4th St. Louisville, KY 40208.

 

3)What are your operating hours?

Offices are open 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday. In addition, the Broadway office is open from 12PM to 5PM on Saturday and Sunday.

 

4)Are pets acceptable?

Yes and No. In our properties we allow up to two cats. As a courtesy to our apartment residents, we do not allow dogs in our apartments. Most of our houses allow dogs. There is a $10 a month extra charge per animal that will be added to your rent. Additional deposits may be required in the houses that allow dogs.

 

5)What is the security deposit and application fee? Can I pay in cash or check?

The application fee is a cost of $35 non refundable fee that helps cover the credit checks and application processing. The $99 security deposit paid with your application holds your home while we process your application. Upon approval, this amount will be applied towards your deposit or if your application is denied it will be returned to you.

 

 6)I'm interested in Cable, Internet, Utilities, and Home phone number, who do I call for information?

BMG residents have had success with Ken Bisig thru Insight. You can reach him directly at 502-639-5792 for more information. Most properties are also serviced by the Louisville Water Company, Louisville Gas & Electric, and Bellsouth.

 

7)When is my rent late and how much is the late fee?

Rent is due on the 1st and we allow a grace period to the 5th. If you pay rent late you will be charged an administrative fee of $40 from the 6th to the 15th and $80 after the 15th.

 

8)Do you take personal checks?

During the application processing and move in we require money order or cashiers check. For future rental payments we do take personal checks. For the protection of our staff and your payments we never accept cash.

 

9)How do I report a maintenance problem?

You can call your favorite BMG office or complete the form on this website for a link to report a maintenance requests. In Emergency after hours cases ONLY you may call our on call emergency staff at, 502-478-1048.
