 MOVE IN INSPECTION.doc

 The move in inspection is done by all of our residents upon move in. They need to be returned to the main office within two weeks of moving in. Make sure you fill out the form fully so we have an accurate idea of what the apartment looked like upon move in and can take into consideration the normal wear and tear.

60 DAY NOTICE.doc

 In order to move out of our aparmtnets you will need to submit a 60-day notice, by e-mail, fax, snail mail or in person. Also make sure to call the office 48 hours in advance to schedule your move our inspection with our staff.
