    Please fill out the application form completely and accurately. Sign the application and if you have any questions please call our office to speak with one of our friendly leasing agents. Upon completion of the application bring the filled out application form, a money order for application fees ($35) and the retainer fee along with proof of income and state id/drivers license to one of our offices. All applications are processed on a first come first serve basis.
